The Blox fruit dealer is an NPC that allows you to buy fruit powers for Beli meaning, it won’t give you the physical fruit. You can only buy the fruits in stock from the dealer. Every 4 hours new fruits are in stock, and the higher the fruit costs the rarer its availability in stock is. The blox fruit dealer can be found in three places in the first sea. He can be seen in “Marine Starter”, “Pirate Starter”, and “Middle Town.” In the second sea, he can be found next to the dock in “Kindom of the Rose” and in the “Cafe.” In the third sea, he is located next to the dock in “Portown” and in the “Mansion” located on the back of the “Floating Turtle Island.”
